How we protect it
Enquiries are sent to our business email accounts and a backup copy is stored on our secure web hosting account, which is not publicly accessible. Only the Twenty-One Thirty team can access your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain our business records, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us using it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
